KRAFTWORKS RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the law. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read the following carefully that you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

If a defect or fault is discovered with our product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us, together with a photo of the defective product at :

If we do not hear from you within 7 days from the date of delivery, this means you have agreed to have received the products in good condition and without any defects or faults. You acknowledge it is reasonable that any defects and faults with the product would be discovered within this time.

To be eligible for a return,

a) the product must not have been used or damaged in any way,

b) the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition that you have received it,

c) the online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase must be produced.

The products are designed to be fit for the purposes described and must be used by children of the appropriate age under capable adult supervision (if required). We shall accept defective product returns and exchange them with a suitable replacement or to refund them. We reserve the right to access the condition of the returned product and to refuse to offer an exchange or refund where the product defect or fault is a result of misuse, age or neglect.

Exchanges and Refunds

For exchanges and refunds, we shall need to receive photos of the defective products. Kindly send these photos via email, using the above address.

If the defects or faults cannot be adequately accessed through the photographs, we shall ask that you return the products to us for assessment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for exchange or refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a cheque shall be sent to you within 30 days from the date of approval. For exchanges, the exchanged products shall be sent to your designated address within 30 days at our cost.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Proof of shipping does not guarantee that we have received your returned product.
