DELIVERY, TRACKING & ON SITE SELF-COLLECTION
How long does it take to receive my orders ?
Your order shall be delivered to your designated delivery address within 3 to 5 working days.
What are the delivery charges ?
Our delivery charges are as follows:

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to inform you of the tracking number accordingly.
If you have not received an update from us after 5 working days, please click ‘Contact Us’ and we will assist you with tracking your purchases.
Where is my tracking number?
If you have not received a tracking number, that means we are still working on processing your order. We’ll send out the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
ON SITE SELF-COLLECTION
Self Collection from preschools (This option is only available as per details stated on the promotion leaflet)
We have partnered your child’s preschool to provide an “On Site Collection” option, to facilitate your collection of purchased products on the scheduled dates and time stated on the promotion leaflet you have received.
This service is only applicable for orders placed during the the stated promotion period.
The collection is only available on the stated dates and time.
Delivery is free for the Self Collection option.
ORDERING & ACCOUNT
Can I cancel, change or update my online order?
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed, cancellation and changes are not allowed.
If you accidentally entered the wrong address please let us know within 2 working days of submission of your order (order submission day counted as 1 working day) and we shall contact our delivery service provider to request that they update the correct address for delivery.
After 2 working days, your orders may already be with our delivery service provider. We shall need to return the order to our warehouse, and re-schedule for an alternative date. Additional standard delivery charges shall apply.

Why does the item in my cart says it is unavailable?
When you add products to your cart it does reserve the products. The product will still be available for purchase by others until you have checked out and made payments. Your order is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
If you receive an error stating you cannot checkout due to a product being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your cart so you can complete your order.
I cannot log into my account.
If you cannot remember your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ link from the sign in page and a link will be sent to your e-mail for you to reset your password.

You can place your online order using any of the following options:

How secure is my credit card and personal information?
Your security while shopping online with Kraftworks is very important to us, and we’ve taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

Why is my Promo Code not working?
If your Promo Code will not apply or you get an error message, check the following
- The products/ items are not eligible. Check the terms and conditions for the code, to ensure the items(s) you selected are eligible.
- The code has been entered incorrectly. Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.
- The code has expired. Check the promotion period as shown. Some of the promotion are for a limited time and/ or expires after the set period.
If you have checked all of the above and the Promo Code is still not working, we will need you take a screenshot of your shopping cart that shows the Promo Code and all the products/ items in your cart and email it to us.
